Frequently Asked Questions

  • You may be someone who looks like you have it together on the outside—but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. You might be used to being the one others rely on, while quietly carrying a lot on your own.

If you’re feeling stuck in patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, or constantly putting yourself last, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin showing up differently in your life.

  • The first session is a starting point. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve been navigating, and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. My role is to help guide the conversation so you feel supported from the beginning.

  • Yes, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to briefly connect, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

  • I provide exclusively virtual therapy for clients located in Florida, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • Individual therapy sessions are $175 for a 50-minute session, and the initial intake session is $200.

I accept select insurance plans. Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific benefits. I can help you understand your coverage prior to getting started.

  • For clients who desire it, faith can be a meaningful part of the therapeutic process. I offer a space where your beliefs and relationship with God can be explored and integrated into the work we do together.

This might look like incorporating faith-based perspectives, exploring spiritual struggles, or aligning your growth with your values and beliefs.

At the same time, therapy is always tailored to you—faith is never assumed or forced, and we will move in a way that feels comfortable and aligned with your needs.

  • Therapy looks different for everyone. Some clients come in with a specific concern they want to work through, while others are looking for deeper, ongoing support as they navigate patterns and life transitions.

We’ll regularly check in on your goals and adjust the process as needed.

  • Many of my clients feel this way at first. It can be uncomfortable to open up, especially when you’re used to being the strong one.

Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone—and where you can begin to experience support in a different way.
