Services

I offer individual therapy for adults located in Florida through virtual sessions. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on creating a supportive, collaborative space for growth and change.

  • You may find yourself constantly thinking, analyzing, and second-guessing—struggling to quiet your mind even when everything seems “fine” on the outside. Anxiety can show up as restlessness, difficulty relaxing, or feeling mentally exhausted from always being “on.”

In our work together, we focus on helping you slow down your thoughts, feel more grounded, and develop tools so anxiety no longer feels like it’s running your life.

  • If you often put others’ needs before your own, struggle to say no, or feel guilty setting boundaries, you’re not alone. Many people learn to prioritize others at the expense of themselves, which can lead to resentment, burnout, and feeling disconnected from your own needs.

Therapy can help you build confidence in your voice, set boundaries without guilt, and begin showing up in relationships in a way that feels more balanced and aligned.

  • Even positive changes can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating a new phase of life, career changes, relationship shifts, or simply feeling stuck where you are, it can bring uncertainty and self-doubt.

Together, we create space to process what you’re experiencing, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and direction.

  • You may feel like you’ve lost touch with who you are—especially if you’ve spent years meeting expectations or caring for others. This can lead to questioning your decisions, doubting yourself, or feeling disconnected from your own values.

Our work will focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your sense of identity, and build trust in your own thoughts, feelings, and decisions.

  • For those who desire it, therapy can also include exploration of your faith and spiritual life. This may involve working through spiritual struggles, reconnecting with your values, or integrating your beliefs into the growth process.

Faith is always incorporated in a way that feels comfortable and aligned with you—it is never assumed or required.

My Approach

My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, meaning the approaches I use are supported by research and tailored to help you create meaningful, lasting change. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I integrate different approaches based on your needs, goals, and experiences.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It helps identify patterns of thinking that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or feeling stuck.

In our work together, I use CBT to help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns, challenge self-critical or anxious thinking, and develop more balanced, realistic ways of responding to situations. This often includes practical tools you can apply in your daily life.

Solution-Focused Therapy

Solution-Focused Therapy emphasizes practical, forward-focused change. It centers on identifying what’s already working and building on small, realistic steps toward your goals.

In our work, this may involve clarifying what you want to feel or experience differently, identifying patterns that are already helping, and creating manageable steps that move you in that direction.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy helps you build a different relationship with your thoughts and emotions—rather than trying to eliminate them, the focus is on learning how to respond to them in a more flexible and intentional way.

In session, this may look like learning how to step back from overwhelming thoughts, tolerate difficult emotions, and make choices that align with your values—even when things feel uncomfortable.

Strengths-Based Approach

A strengths-based approach focuses on identifying and building on your existing strengths, resilience, and internal resources.

Rather than only focusing on what’s not working, I help you recognize what is already within you—your capabilities, values, and past successes—and use those as a foundation for growth and change.
